When a Race Director monthly subscription is cancelled during a month, the account will remain active until the end of that month. At the end of that month, the Race Director subscription will expire and will not be renewed. No additional service fees will be charged beyond the expiration date.

No refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions. Should you choose to cancel an annual subscription, the account will remain active for the remainder of the year. The Race Director annual subscription will then expire and will not be renewed. No additional service fees will be charged beyond the expiration date.
